Like many of us, Frank has witnessed far too many children suffer from the terrible illnesses that strike them at an early age.  Many of these children are treated by “MacKids” Hospital right here in Hamilton.  For this reason Frank has supported his community by committing a portion of every commission to “The Children’s Miracle Network” (MacKids Hospital) to help with their care for and towards Research and Development.

Joseph Battaglia is the newest addition serving Frank Salvatore’s vastly growing real estate clientele. Joseph’s academic background includes an undergraduate degree in Business with a specialization in Finance and Administration from the University of Western Ontario, and more recently an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate & Infrastructure from one of Canada’s top business schools, the Schulich School of Business at York University.With Frank’s growing client base of investors and corporate clients, the needs of clients often extend beyond market comparable analysis. Joseph’s formal real estate education has equipped him with specific real estate valuation and project analysis skills, including pro-forma development, NPV (Net Present Value), capitalization rate analysis, IRR (Internal Rate of Return), cash-flow analysis, and general market intelligence. As a result, Joseph is able to provide clients with appropriate support during the due diligence process in order to assist in determining the overall feasibility of different investment opportunities.In addition to his academic background, Joseph is also able to utilize his knowledge and experience in residential construction and development to continue offering the level of service and expertise that Frank’s clients have come to expect.
